Driver (Male & Female) 

Requirements:

  • Valid Qatari driving license ( is a plus )
  • Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations 
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience 
  • Basic communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus) 

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport staff, visitors, or materials as required 
  • Ensure vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly 
  • Follow schedules, routes, and company policies 
  • Report any incidents or maintenance issues promptly 

Accountant (Female Only)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience working with companies
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Fluent in English 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports 
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable 
  • Perform reconciliations and support audits 
  • Track expenses and maintain proper financial documentation 
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations 
  • Fluent in English

Villa Supervisor (Female Only) 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accommodation, facility, or housekeeping supervision (1 year)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills 
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities 
  • Basic administrative skills (MS Office, reporting) 
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of nurses’ accommodation (villa) 
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene 
  • Coordinate and monitor maintenance and repairs of the villa 
  • Ensure proper allocation of rooms and occupancy management 
  • Handle residents’ concerns and ensure a comfortable living environment 
  • Manage inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors/service providers 
  • Maintain records related to accommodation, maintenance, and expenses 
  • Provide administrative support to the company when required (reports, coordination, documentation) 

HR Officer  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 
  • 1-3 years of HR experience within companies
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR operations 
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes 
  • Maintain and update employee records 
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures 

HR Manager 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred) 
  • Minimum 4+ years of HR experience, including leadership role 
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices 
  • Leadership and strategic thinking skills 
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR department 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies 
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement 
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies 

HR Administrator / Assistant 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
